Question: How long do the city tours last?

Answer: After picking up all guest the city tour last approximately 2 ½-3 hours.

 

Question: Does the city tour make any stops?

Answer: During the tour you will make 2 stops, one will be at a cemetery so as you may walk amongst the above ground tombs and the other will be at City Park in order to take a break, this is a restroom and refreshment break.

 

Question: Is there hotel pick-up?

Answer: We do offer hotel pick up in locations not restricted by the city's code, in this case we will direct you to the nearest to you location for your convenience.

 

Question: Does this tour cover Hurricane Katrina?

Answer: It has been 14 years since this devastation and we thankfully have recovered for the most part but our tour does included showing the area of levee breech, pointing out water levels & our new systems in place.

 

Question: What areas does your tour cover?

Answer: New Orleans has so much more to offer than just the historic French Quarter, our tour consist of areas from the Mississippi River to the Lake and everything in between. You will see history and highlights of the entire metropolitan area, the French Quarter, Treme, Garden District, historic cemetery, City Park, Audubon Park, Irish Channel and more.

 

Question: What type of transportation is provided?

Answer: Your tour will be conducted upon a tour shuttle bus, providing comfortable seats, climate control, large windows for your viewing and an audio system to hear all your guide is communicating to you.

 

Question: Is this tour offered in other languages?

Answer: Currently we only offer English spoken tours.

 

Question: Where do I purchase tickets for the tour?

Answer: You are able to book online, by phone or when in New Orleans you could visit us at our Tour Center located at 414 Canal Street, New Orleans.

 

Question: Are these buses handicap accessible?

Answer: At this time we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs.

 

Question: Will there be a meal included due to the tour being so long?

Answer: No meals are included on the tour but at your City Park break you are able to purchase beignets from World Famous Cafe du Monde.

 

Question: Do you offer more than a City Tour?

Answer: We do, we have a variety of reputable tour companies to recommend to our guest visiting us we offer Swamp tours, Plantation tours, Riverboat cruises, Walking tours (Ghost, cemetery, mystery) our knowledgable concierges are on duty to assist in planning your entire trip to the Big Easy.

 

Question: Do you offer group discounts?

Answer: We sure do, if you are coming in for a company function, etc. and have a party of 12 or more please give us a call and let us work out a feasible deal for you.

 

Question: Are we allowed to bring snacks and drinks?

Answer: Yes, you are now in the land of the go cups(take that drink on the street). We just ask that they remain in a covered cup to prevent spills.

 

Question: Is there a restroom on the bus?

Answer: No.

 

Question: Why your company?

Answer: We are a local company that employs locals as our tour guides to give you the most informative and entertaining tour around.
